Megadimension Neptunia VII is an anime based game that I have no clue what the plot is or what the anime was about it. I know nothing about the gameplay going in. I know that it has a nice somewhat soft opening theme song. I literally have to turn up the volume for the game because it's hard to hear anything. It's got a nice opening cut scene however the narration is way too low and is barely loud enough to make out what they are saying. It's also worth noting that all of the characters seem to be based on gaming consoles and Neptunia seems to break the fourth wall a few times.
It's a good game, however, if you're an idiot like me and skipped most of the tutorial sections, then you might miss a few key details such as which button helps your character to jump obstacles. I found it hard to figure out what areas I could go to and what areas I couldn't go into at times. I think it's a good game considering I only played the first levels and got way too confused from then on.
